My family and I moved to the Sarasota area from Southern California in 2005 after a successful 20+ year career as a small business owner and internet reseller in the office equipment industry. As a Realtor® and real estate owner and investor I understand the importance of real estate as a wealth building asset and I want to pass along my knowledge and expertise. I can assist you with buying, selling, and property analysis of both residential and commercial properties in the Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte county area. Over 18 years of residency I have an extensive knowledge of all the communities and neighborhoods, including waterfront, equestrian, and new construction. Let me share my expertise with you!
MY GOALS
I moved to the Sarasota area as I recognized the incredible resources- beautiful beaches, fabulous fishing, abundance of parks and recreation activities, and a great Sarasota County school system. The purpose of this site is to share my local experiences with you. And to provide information that may help you when you are ready to buy or sell a residential or commercial property, and I hope that you would give me the opportunity to be your partner in that process!
WHY WORK WITH ME?
I don’t work in real estate for the paycheck- I had a successful business career over many years. I just like helping people with their real estate transactions, and a commission check every now and then is a bonus. I can promise you this though:
- As I don't work for a national brokerage I have the financial flexibility to get a deal done and closed
- I treat every Buyer as a partner and would never let you buy a property that I wouldn't buy myself
- I will do my best to sell your property and give you honest information about it's value. I will never promise I could sell it for an inflated price just to get your listing
